8-Week Mindfulness Meditation Training

March - May 2026

Uncover who you really are in 2026 with a grounding in mindfulness, and develop calm, clarity & wisdom. Discover the practice of meditation and how to bring it in to daily life, mindful movement, self-enquiry, contemplation, and an opportunity to meet, and drink tea with, like-minded explorers.

Includes: recorded meditations, practice guidelines & weekly resources.

 

Choice of two classes (see below for full dates):

Mondays, Online. 7-9pm.

Starts 9th March 2026.

Tuesdays, In-Person. 7-9pm @ Friends Meeting House, Sansome Place, Worcester, WR1 1UG.

(please note: the room is on a first floor and is only accessible by stairs)

Starts 10th March 2026.

Costs:

Standard £140

Basic £105

Student / Low Income £65

Please pay the highest rate you feel you are able to, as this supports those on lower incomes to access the classes. 

If you are unable to pay the cost in full then please feel free to ask about making payment in stages.

Online class dates: 9, 16, 23, 30 March / 13, 20, 27 April / 11 May.

In-Person class dates: 10, 17, 24, 31 March / 14, 21, 28 April / 5 May. 

You are also invited to join an optional weekly meditation sitting (online), Sundays 8 - 8:45am, where, on some weeks, there will be the opportunity to ask questions or discuss practise following the meditation session.
